I booked a Queen Room Chic Palais expecting luxury but was disappointed. The decor and furniture appeared outdated, resembling a cheap motel rather than a premium establishment. Furthermore, the sound insulation was terrible. I could hear everything from the adjacent room, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep.

This was a smart choice for a weekend stopover in Frankfurt am Main with attractive and competitive value for money. The huge bathroom in the suite was a pleasant surprise that added comfort to my stay. Make sure to ask for a room upgrade if possible. it might just enhance your experience.
